The Kiritsuke Gyuto or K-Tip Gyuto is a double bevelled Kiritsuke more suited to all round tasks in the kitchen. The blade itself is SF100, a stainless steel manufactured in Sheffield.
We have paired this blade with a octagonal Wa handle made from native woods. Ancient Bog Oak, carbon dated to 3300BC from the East Anglia fenland, Field Maple and Brass accents.
